Miami Performing Arts CenterMiami Performing Arts Center Average User Rating: (0 votes, add your vote or comments) The grand opening of the Miami Performing Arts Center in fall 2006 has produced a new centralized venue for the Florida Grand Opera, the Florida Philharmonic, Miami City Ballet and New World Symphony, and top entertainment coming to the area. MPAC is located on Biscayne Boulevard between N.E. 13 th and 14 th Streets occuping 570,000 square feet on 5.9 acres of land. Theaters within the complex are the Sanford and Dolores Ziff Ballet Opera House, the Carnival Concert Hall, the Studio Theater, the Peacock Education Center, and the Plaza for the Arts.
